Creativity is often defined as the ability to come up with new or useful ideas. It can be unpopular ideas that never seen by the others. Every person has the different level of creativity. This can be proved by conducting the experiment to a group of people. If you put a group of people in a room, give them a set of objects and ask them to come up with as many creative uses for those objects as possible, most people will produce a fairly limited number of ideas. But a minority of people, perhaps just one or two in the room, will come up with a range of creative ideas that will leave the others wondering how they thought of them.
However, the creativity can be developed and unleash by the correct method. Creative people are united by their unwillingness to abide by conventional ways of thinking and doing things. In choosing to do things differently, they accept the possibility of uncertainty and failure.
The creative mind will have the ability to think effectively. In managing an organization, it is an important element to ensure every member of the group able to merge together in the discussion and come out with the brilliant idea. Hence, Design Council of British conducts a study of the design processes used in leading global companies.
