INTRODUCTION

There have been many complaints by Malaysian employers of late on the employability of our university graduates due to their “un-readiness” to immediately apply their academic knowledge into work setting. The cause of these grumbles is probably because employers today have seemingly become less generous to invest in “on-the-job-training”. These 7 attributes of well rounded students is not just showing the specifications on how to be a good student in the campus life, but also showing on how to be a productive and talented individual right after graduated from the university.

One of the factor that contributes to the unemployment issue in Malaysia among the graduates is the failure of having all these values in themselves.
